1) Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to shop.gkaim.com (“Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website and purchasing any digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2) About Our Services

We sell downloadable MCQ Study Bundles that typically include: (a) PDFs with solved MCQs and brief explanations for revision, and (b) offline HTML practice files that open in a browser and provide clickable options, show/hide answers, shuffle, search, and jump-to-question—no internet required after download. We cover school & college subjects, competitive exams, digital skills, general knowledge, religious tests, organizations, history, geography, and more.

3) Eligibility

  • You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or you have parental/guardian consent to use the Website.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws while using the Website and our products.

4) Accounts

  • Account creation is optional. If you create one, provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse, fraud, or security risks.

5) Digital Products & Delivery

  • Products are delivered as download links on the order-confirmation page and/or via email after payment success.
  • Please download and unzip the file(s) before use. Open PDFs in a PDF reader, and open practice.html in any modern browser (Chrome/Safari/Edge/Firefox).
  • We may apply reasonable download limits per order to prevent abuse. If you hit a limit or link expiry, contact support for a reset/replacement.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Payments

  • Prices are shown on product pages and at checkout and may change without prior notice. The price at checkout applies to your order.
  • Payments are processed by third-party gateways. We do not store full card or UPI credentials.
  • Any taxes/charges shown at checkout are based on your billing details and applicable law.

7) Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations

  • Digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied/used immediately. All sales are final—no refunds or returns.
  • If you face a technical issue (corrupted file, broken link, duplicate order, access problem), we provide swift replacements after verification. Contact support within 7 days of purchase with your Order ID.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the download link is issued. See our full Refund & Returns Policy.

8) License & Permitted Use

  • On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the files for personal study.
  • You may print the PDF for personal use only.
  • Not allowed: sharing, reselling, uploading publicly, sublicensing, or distributing the files in any form.
  • Teachers may project materials during class; redistribution to students requires permission—contact admin@gkaim.com.

9) Prohibited Conduct

  • Scraping or automated downloading; bypassing rate limits or DRM-like controls.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or altering the HTML/PDF to remove notices.
  • Uploading our files to public drives/servers or sharing links publicly.
  • Impersonating others or engaging in fraudulent activity.

10) Intellectual Property

  • All content (PDFs, HTML files, text, graphics, layouts) is protected by copyright and other IP laws. All rights reserved.
  • Report alleged infringement (include URL, description, and your contact): admin@gkaim.com. We review valid notices and act as appropriate.

11) Third-Party Services & Links

We may link to gkaim.com (free practice), payment gateways, demo hosts, analytics, or other sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12) Disclaimers

  • Products and the Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free files, or specific exam outcomes.
  • While we strive for accuracy and alignment with syllabi, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam board (e.g., CBSE/ICSE/State Boards, JEE, NEET). Syllabi and patterns may change.

13) Limitation of Liability
